SWEET CANADA
I'm a film maker but I don't have any money, so I have
to rent cameras or ask for favors to my friends but sometimes I can't work
because I don´t have my own equipment.
In that sense, I would really like to go to Canada
because I need to earn some money, and my purpose is to buy all the equipment
that I need to be a professional. Well, I have some family there and they
invited me a few years ago. So as I am studying cinema and television in
University of Chile and I' m in my last year I hope this dream becomes true
really soon.
I would like
to find a job and maybe to get a scholarship so I could study in some
university or college. I know that in Canada education is public, as well as social
security and health insurance.
I also know
that Canada is a federation of states, it is a very large country and its
landscapes are really amazing. Some people speak in English some in French. My
family lives in Toronto so I guess they only speak in English.
They told me
that the weather is very similar to the weather in southern Chile, and I lived
a few years in Valdivia, so I suppose I'm going to enjoy that rainy and snowy
weather.
